My Love for Cast Iron

I love, love love my new Staub and Le Creuset cookware. It's great!! I can cook with it on my stove, in the oven and even on my BBQ. I made pulled pork the other day, and let it simmer on my BBQ on a low heat. The flavour was amazing. The best thing about it was I could take it off the BBQ and put it right on my table. It looked spectacular and made summer entertaining a breeze. My guests were thoroughly impressed!!! -Karen
